customisable wedding invitations
The collection is a range of wedding invitations that you can customise to fit with your big day. Once you have chosen the design that you like I will work with you to create bespoke calligraphy and change the colours and details for your wedding. If you would like to see some samples of the suites before ordering then you can order them here, and once you have chosen your favourite design you can get in touch here and we can start working together!
You can also add some extra hand finishes to your design to further customise the invitations. These include silk ribbons and twines, wax seals, bellybands and vellum wraps. To find out more about these let me know what you fancy when you enquire. All of these designs can be carried through to your on the day items as well.
If you can't quite find something here that feels perfect then I also offer a totally bespoke service.
As standard all my customisable suites are digitally printed on 350gsm luxury white card stock, however you can upgrade to Hot Foil printing or Letterpress printing. Oh Wonder is proud to work with luxury printers who are experts in their fields. If you would like to see and compare the below printing processes then you can order a printing sample box here.
Digital Printing - Digital printing is the most common form of printing and the most reasonably priced. It is what your home or office printer does but on a much larger and higher quality scale. It is great for full colour designs and also due to new technologies you can now print white digital onto coloured card stock.
Letterpress Printing - Letterpress printing is one of the oldest forms of printing, it is a form of relief printing where an inked surface is pushed into the surface of paper leaving the most beautiful printed effect. Letterpress printing is a very luxurious form of printing and can be expensive especially if you want more than one colour as you need a new plate for each colour which will then be printed separately.
Hot Foil Printing - Hot foil stamping is another form of relief printing and creates the most stunning effect. Traditionally hot foil is done in metallic colours but now you can buy foils in neons, pastels and holographic effects making this form of printing a really fun way to inject colour into your invitations. As with letterpress it is a luxury print finish so therefore comes in more expensive than digital but it is totally worth it as the effect is stunning. You can also opt for hot foil details on a digitally printed design.
