frequently asked questions

Samples

I can provide paper samples for you to see the quality and get a feel for how your designs will look and feel.

Proofs

You will be sent PDF proofs throughout the design process to approve. Please make sure that all wording, spelling, information and layout are correct before approving at each round. Printing will not occur until the final proof has written approval by you.

Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work can commence on your order. Outstanding balance is due before printing. When you are ready to confirm your order I will email an invoice with payment details. Bank transfers are preferred.

Ink Colours

I can match the colours of your stationery to the colour palette of your wedding or event for letterpress printing and digital.

Printing

I outsource all my printing to professional luxury printers in the UK. I do not provide digital and ready to print files.

Inspiration

If you have seen an invitation design that you want elsewhere then please contact that designer, I do not copy other peoples work. I am happy to use images you have found as inspiration for your design but all design work will be original.

UK Delivery

I use Royal Mail Special Delivery which is tracked and insured, or couriers for delivering all orders. Larger pieces will be sent via a courier. Delivery charges are dependent on weight and will be added to your final invoice. Collection is welcome with prior arrangement if you are local to Bromley.

International Shipping

I love to work with people all round the globe and am more than happy to source the best shipping internationally. Please note that goods posted outside the UK may be subject to local custom charges. Oh Wonder accepts no responsibility for delays in shipping or duty charges.

Timings

Wedding season can get a little crazy around here so I suggest getting in touch with as much time to spare as possible. The more time you allow, the more likely it is that I can fit your order in.

Rush Orders

I am happy to accept rush orders dependent on what is going on in the studio at the time and what the job entails. A 25% charge will incur on what I deem to be rush jobs.
