COLLECTION GUIDE
Below you will find the options for customising your semi-custom collection suite. You can buy a physical copy of this guide also which will give you a better idea. Please note that colours can differ on screen. If you don’t see the perfect match for your wedding then please drop me a message to chat as it is very possible I can source an alternative.
PAPER AND ENVELOPE COLOURS
Below you will find the most popular paper and envelope colours. You can either have your whole suite printed on one colour or mix colours across different elements.
PRINT OPTIONS
As standard the collections suites are digitally printed however there is the option to upgrade to letterpress or hot foiling. You can mix and match them across the suite elements and designs.
Digital Printing
This is the basic method of printing, and a great balance of quality and cost effectiveness. It’s great for full colour designs — you can even print in white ink on darker coloured paper or card.
Letterpress
Letterpress printing is the most luxurious method. An inked form is pushed deep into the surface of the paper leaving the most beautiful printed effect. It’s done largely by hand, which comes at a premium.
Hot Foil
If you want to take your design to the next level, the impression foiling leaves in the paper is very effective, inset with a wide range of colours including metallics, neons, pastels and even holographic.
TYPEFACES
All the calligraphy is done by hand, and scanned for use in your invitation suite, but I also use complementary typefaces. Below are the ones I think are most effective.
FINISHING TOUCHES
There are a number of ways to embellish your suite, to add a personal finishing touch. You can see some examples below if you have something else in mind then I am always happy to discuss alternate ideas with you.
Twine
The daintiest detail for holding together your suite. Available in a large range of colours.
Vellum Wrap
Available plain or printed, vellum holds your suite together and looks beautiful with an added wax seal.
Silk Ribbon
Silk ribbons add a soft romantic feel to your suite. Available in a large range of colours.
Wax Seals
A classic finishing touch - wax seals are perfect for enclosing a wrap or envelope. They are available in a huge range of colours and you can add metallic flecks or petals.
Envelope Addressing
Calligraphy envelope addressing is available to add the finishing touch to your suite. The ink can be matched to your suite for a cohesive finish.
